So yesterday I went to the movies and saw...
Now for those of you who haven't heard of this movie..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HDArXZgrsE You're welcome.
Okay, I know what you're thinking..
1. Arnold is in the movie so of course it's an action movie
2. You might be thinking it's a generic over-the-top action movie, BUT I can assure you it's not.
Reasons you should watch this movie and reasons why I think it's an awesome movie.
1) Even though it's an action movie it has a story line. Now I don't know about you guys, but most action movies I watch have no story line, plot or structure.
It's usually just a bunch of over-the-top effects, and silliness.
Ever watched a movie, and there was so much going on and you don't know what the fuck is happening? Yep. I've been there too friend, but this movie changed the game.
The story line is very complex, but I will give you a plain simple one : its about a DEA team and how cartel is hunting them down.
It's more than it seems though, in which you would have to watch the movie to find out.
I'm the type of person that usually watches something and isn't surprised at anything due to the fact that "I saw it coming" but this movie surprised me. That's a lot coming from me.
2) The action movie is Rated R. Lately, I've been noticing a lot of action movies have been PG-13 and I really hate it. It's not as raw visually and descriptive as a Rated R action film. What to expect out of Sabotage: blood, cussin' and naked people.
3) Cinematography wasn't bad at all. Believe it or not, there are some parts of the movie where I sat back and thought "Wow, the way they filmed this, and made the camera do this"
It made me appreciate it more due to the fact that they had awesome tricks to play around with.
4) The actors were bad-ass. They weren't mono-tone and annoying. They were actually great actors considering what type of film this is. And Arnold, was just being Arnold.
Of course every movie has it's flaws. The movie of course is an action movie so expect over-the-top fighting, shooting, and "How did he do that without hurting himself?"
Other than that watch it.
No, seriously, go buy your ticket. Very entertaining and will have you leaving with a bang for your buck.
For those who have seen it leave a comment, let me know what you think.
For those who haven't.... go watch it and come back, the comments are dark and full of spoilers.
Until next time folks,
-Ale

HOLY CRAP HAS TIME FLEW
Holy smokes! It has been a while. Well, I'm back! Hopefully I'll be writing more. School and work has been crazy! Right now it's 12 in the morning and I'm writing this because why the fuck not?
Wellll, lots has happened in the past few months!
The new job is going alright. School is cool. Annndd I have an internship!!! At the school newspaper. Pretty rad if I do say so myself.
So yes, I know, "are you trying to kill yourself?" no. I can assure you I am not trying to kill myself and I'll be perfectly fine. SO far it's been good!!
Okay REVIEWS. I can't really do any. Well, I can, but maybe the most recent movies I've watched. Stay tuned.
Movies I've seen since the last time I wrote were.....
Don John, Carrie, Metallica: Through the Never, Bad Grandpa, Thor 2, Grudge Match, Saving Mr. Banks, Captain Phillips, Her, American Hustle, Frozen, Wolf of Wall Street, Gravity.
It's not in any particular order and I think I got MOST if not ALL of them.
Like I said I might do reviews on a couple. Probably the most recent ones...
I'm thinking, Her, Frozen, American Hustle and Wolf of Wall Street. We'll see ;)
I'll probably talk about the upcoming Oscars once I see most movies nominated for awards and we can get down to the nitty gritty.
Reviews that WILL be wrote about are, 12 Years a Slave and Dallas Buyers Club.
We also have to review some movies on The Sundance Film Festival. But don't worry guys, I wont overload you!
So that's that! Let me know what movies you've recently watched and what you thought was pretty awesome so far for 2014!

Emmy's, TV Shows, and Yelp!
I know it's been a while!
Sorry that I haven't been posting any reviews on Breaking Bad or any Reviews on the Emmy's!
Both is pretty crazy though!
I mean, Breaking Bad is getting insane and my heart is slowly breaking now that it's going to end.
The Emmy's..... Oh, the Emmy's.
How did American Horror Story, Game of Thrones, and Breaking Bad not win a lot of awards that night? I know Breaking Bad won for best drama, but they didn't even win best actor, or best supporting actor.
Also Jessica Lange didn't win best actress in mini series!!
It's okay beautiful baby, we have it next year.
Speaking of American Horror Story... who has watched any teaser trailers for AHS: Coven??
It's looking pretty good, I must say. I'm super excited about it, are you?
Oh and one more thing before I go! I made a Yelp recently so you can also find me there! :)

Movie review "You're Next"
Last week I went to see....
I did not know if I was going to watch this movie, it was more of a rock, paper, scissors type of decision; but I'm glad I watched it!
The movie is about a family reunion at a house in which a home invasion occurs. A lot of people seem to be comparing it to 'The Strangers' (2008).
I can see why people compare it so much, the two obvious reasons are
a) horror movie about a home invasion
b) those creepy ass masks they seem to be wearing.
Despite their similarities 'The Strangers' has a bit more horror to it compared to 'You're Next'
'You're Next' was more suspense/thriller of a movie. It was thrilling, and had a lot of black humor throughout. The acting was sketchy and the camera was way too zoomed in at some points, but the movie overall was better than 'The Strangers'. It is actually a very good movie and I enjoyed watching it.
It isn't the best horror movie out there 'The Conjuring' seems to take that spot, but this movie is one of top three movies out.
Erin, was the main lead in this film played by Sharni Vinson who was the woman that swept me off of my feet. She was a total bad-ass motherfucker! She was the one that stayed calm and decided to fight back because she knew a bit of survival tips from her father. She was funny, quirky, smart and fast and captivated the audience throughout the film.
The end of the movie is a plot twist, I don't want to ruin it for anyone that decides to watch. Overall the movie is a success in my book and hopefully more people watch it because it is worth it.
One more thing, this ad is very cool too.....
Let me know what you think of the movie if you saw it.
Also let me know your expectations of the movie if you didn't see it!
Thanks guys!

Breaking Bad : S05, E11 "Confessions"
I know this is a day late and I'm sorry for that. <3
I am going to start writing as I watch the episode so that I can get everything clear, and with fresh reactions.
I mean, where do I even begin with this episode??
Lets start with the fact that Walter was making a confession video for whatever reason in the beginning. And Skylar did not look like she approved this.
Walter confessed to JR that his cancer came back again. He really didn't want JR going to his aunt Marie's house, so he had to come up with something right?
Even if what he did come up with hurt his son pretty bad, but hey, better now than never!
And then when this happened....
I was awkward! Especially for the waiter! Marie and Hank are dead set on not trying to hide Walter's secret in any way. And they are definitely not trying to put this under the rug.
Walter and Skyler explains to them everything, that they're more than capable of taking care of their kids and that they are in not in danger in any way. Hank doesn't buy the bullshit and of course Marie supports him straight off. She even tells Walter off.
So before Walter and Skyler leave, Walter slides a DVD towards Hank, in which it must be the confessional in the beginning of the episode. Of course I went apeshit wondering what in the holy fuck was wrong with Walter until we actually saw the confession video in which it started...
"My name is Walter Hartwell White… this is my confession. If you're watching this tape, I'm probably dead, murdered by my brother-in-law, Hank Schrader. Hank has been building a meth empire for over a year now, and using me as his chemist"
What a plot twist! I can't find the whole confession video, but the monologue was incredible and the way it was acted was even more spectacular! Soon after Hank and Marie were fooled, Hank also finds out how his medical bills were paid (Walt's money) and tells Marie she basically killed them both... for now.
And now for the big moment....
Jesse Pinkman
So how heartbreaking was the second half of the show? When Jesse is talking to Walt in the dessert and Walter gives Jesse advice about leaving for good, and Jesse is hurt by Walter and then they hug and and and
So Jesse takes his advice, goes to Saul and then they make the arragment for him to go and when it finally does come... He realizes a deep, and very hurtful secret. He realized that Walter might have poisoned Brock, by the help of Saul. Jesse barges into Saul's office and basically beats the shit out of him and confronts him about the whole thing.
It broke my heart watching Jesse feeling so broken and betrayed.. especially here
So as the episode rolls, he tells Walter. Walter gets a gun! Which is not a good sign! and while that's happening Jesse is...
going to burn the house down.
What do guys think is going to happen next episode?
Will Walter kill Jesse?
Or will this just be talked out?
Let me know your opinions at the bottom!

Traveling : Chile
So lately I've been thinking about traveling again and I decided to post the time I spent almost two months in Chile.
I went during the winter time, so it was quite cold, nonetheless everything was beautiful.
The leaves had this beautiful shade of color that I am definitely not used to seeing in Miami, FL.
I was in the capitol, Santiago, for most of my stay, visiting family, eating, enjoying shopping and so forth. The view where I was staying was beautiful. Everyday I woke up and saw....
A few weeks went by and I traveled more South of Chile to visit my father's mother in his home pueblo, Corinto. It was a sight.
I believe the most beautiful thing I've seen in Corinto was definitely "La piuchena". It was where my father and all his siblings used to hang out around summer time.
We left Corinto and went further South to visit my mothers uncle and my horse.
His name is Capataz
Last but not least I went to Vina del Mar and Valpairiso. It's on the coast of Chile, and the sights was beautiful. I will now spam you with lots of photos I took there from the view, graffiti, graffiti, oh and did I mention graffiti?
That was my stay in Chile and hopefully not my last.
Until next time guys,
-Alex

You got it. Mountains.
In case you were wondering I took these pictures on top of the roof of the house I was currently staying in. It was beautiful to see all the houses and you can actually jump from house to house because they were so close together.A few weeks went by and I traveled more South of Chile to visit my father's mother in his home pueblo, Corinto. It was a sight.
This is my grandmother's cat, "Vieja Chica" (old lady), look how beautiful her color is with the setting around her. |
My uncle had geese to sell later |
They live on a mountain and there are mountains and hills surrounding the pueblo. |
A house affected by an earthquake |
Look at hoe cool those steps are! |
Where farmers grow fruits and berries and so forth. |
Grape vines |
I drank water from the creek. It tasted spectacular. Freshest water I drank. |
